Silent.Night.v6.2

This is a mod of Arnie77's foobar2000 Silent Night v6 skin. The lyric search and download of original Silent Night skin does not work anymore.    I've fixed it.  Darknight's v6.1 skin page: lorddarknight.deviantart.com/a…

• Cursor follow playback is active ("Settings->Playback->Cursor follow playback").
• Replace "Lyric Show Panel 3" v0.4 to v0.5.
• Replace "Columns UI" v0.5 to v0.5.1
• Add metal-archives.com to lyric DB source.
• Update the manual.pdf

• Replace "Lyric Show Panel"  to "Lyric Show Panel 3" v0.4
  
• Lyric display percentage of searching and loading of lyric.
  
• Add some artwork file name to display, like "cover.jpg".
  
• Automatically download *.lrc lyric file to directory same as music file. You can change it in "Settings->Files->Preferences->Tools->Lyric Show panel->Internet".
  
• Add "foo_ui_hacks" to hide windows header and buttons. You can configure it in "Settings->Files->Preferences->Display->Main Window".
